    To ensure fairness and maintain hygiene standards, items must be returned for inspection and:

    • not damaged or altered

    • not excessively worn

    • in reasonable condition with original packaging where possible

    Bras and intimate items may be tried on for fit. Exchanges or refunds are approved following quality inspection.

    If your item qualifies, we’ll guide you through the exchange process step by step.

    How long will it take to get to me?

    1-2 working days for processing and 5-8 working days for delivery from our warehouse in Johannesburg

    Delivery is free on orders over R750 and R90 on orders under.
